One Year Warranty
One Year Warranty. Play & Leisure warrants all components of the play system are free from defects in materials and workmanship. We will repair or replace, at our option, any component that fails as a result of any such defect within one year after the date of delivery at no charge. Freight charges or labor charges to replace failed components are not included in this warranty.

Ten Year Limited Warranty
For a period of ten years after the date of delivery, Play & Leisure will replace any above ground plastic-composite structural component of the tower suffering structural failure due to corrosion, rotting or insect infestation. Play & Leisure reserves the right to examine photographs or the component itself (ship freight prepaid) prior to replacement. Slight sagging of plastic composite structural components is excluded, as this is a natural characteristic of recycled plastic components. These warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or damages resulting from misuse, abuse, altered or improperly installed equipment, or acts of God. Regular maintenance is required to validate this warranty. This warranty excludes any incidental or consequential damages resulting from breach of this warranty or any implied warranty.
